The project brief calls for a standard-finish, two-story residence with a storefront situated in a corner lot. The site boundary is rectangular in shape with very flat terrain. Fronting is a national road with a perpendicular access street going to the seashore. The project aims to promote a simple and modern design that is economically feasible.
The storefront is located on the side of the boundary to maximise visibility and promote traffic to the customers. The large window will provide natural light while minimising the noise from the national road. The upper balcony can serve as a multi-purpose space for the family.
The floor plan is an open layout to make the interior economical and spacious. The overall interior finishes promote a minimalist ambience with their accent colours and adequate lighting.
